Asharqia Chamber represented by the Training Program Center (The successful supervisor) for
ladies in the main headquarters on Monday, March 27, 2017.
The
aim of the program, which is held over three training days to Knowledge the
supervision development process at the executive level so that they could
understand and realize the importance of in the success of the institutional
work in organizations and achieve its goals, in addition to review the descriptions to the participants
that must be in the successful supervisor, and improving supervision skills.
The
program which will be held from 5 pm until 9 pm discusses several topics: the
nature of supervision and its
importance, and the elements of supervision
behavior and its patterns, characteristics and duties of the supervisor, and
methods of successful supervisor,
principles, and skills of the supervisor, the five steps for a successful supervisor and challenges in
addition to the successful examples in various specialties.
The
program targets leading women working in supervisory and executive levels and
anyone who wishes to practice supervisory work professionally.
